Most often it is not physical or intellectual load which makes us overloaded, but emotional load.
What can help us here is the art of positive thinking.
Try to transform problems into challenges, try to find a point of view which lets you see the positive sides of your challenge.
For example,
 - see the challenge as a training
 - see the challenge as a chance to be a good human
