What is your soul? It is the imortal part of you, the part of you which does not disappear when your body dies. What this means is that you have a lot of influence how big your soul is.

It seems most persons toggle between two emotional states, one of them being fear and the other one being boredom.

There is no objective reality, reality becomes real in our mind and is thereby very subjective.

The concept of double blind experiment is the wrong concept, if it is the case that our mind can have influence on reality, or in case that reality is really inside our mind.

It is easy to be rational as long as you do not really want something very badly.

Most often it is not physical or intellectual load which makes us overloaded, but emotional load.

What can help us here is the art of positive thinking.

Try to transform problems into challenges, try to find a point of view which lets you see the positive sides of your challenge.

For example,

 - see the challenge as a training

 - see the challenge as a chance to be a good human

Just like a tiny piece of matter contains a gigantic amount of energy, a tiny piece of real mind contains a gigantic amount of power. The art is to focus this power on one goal instead of wasting it on 1000 goals.

Big dreams create big power.

After wandering around in unknown fields which I was temped to enter, I am happy to have finished the cycle and to be back at the point where I started.
I am lucky and grateful that i neither did hurt somebody seriously or got hurt myself seriously.

Why is the sky blue during daytime?
Because otherwise, seeing all the stars and the endlessness of the universe, we would not be able to focus on the foolish small things we do during daytime.

Being a fool is superior to giving up dreaming.
